2. Do your frames come with glass and backing?
No, our frames do not include glass or a backing. They are designed to open and close, and the photo needs to be stuck to the wall inside the frame.
Shipping & Orders
3. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
4. Where do you ship from?
We ship from the U.S., and all orders are processed from our location.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally! However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country.
6. How long does shipping take?

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

13. Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

15. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
16. Do you offer exchanges?

To ensure your frames arrive safely, we use premium packaging materials, including protective bubble wrap and sturdy boxes. Each frame is carefully inspected and packed by hand.
20. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your frame arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
