At EVEREST ARTISAN, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality frames. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and any custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact us at everestartisanframes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds
- Refund Method: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., if an item is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error).
4. Exchanges
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund.
- Exchange for Other Items: If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us at everestartisanframes@gmail.com . Exchanges are subject to availability and may require additional shipping time.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the specified processing time, please:
- Check your bank account or credit card for any pending refunds.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times can vary.
